Shipping Policy

1.TERMS & CONDITIONS – 7-DAY RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SVAMA Projects.
Please review our Return Policy below.

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:
✔ The product received is physically damaged / broken
✔ The product received is wrong / different from the order

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:
✘ Product is used or installed
✘ Original packaging, accessories, invoice are missing
✘ Damage is caused after delivery
✘ Customer changes their mind

4. Return Process

Customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Proof is required:
Clear photos/video showing damage OR wrong product
After verification, product must be returned in original packaging.
We will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

5. Refund / Replacement

After product is received & inspected, we will issue:
✅ Replacement OR
✅ Refund (if replacement unavailable)

Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

6. Shipping Cost

If the return is approved due to wrong / damaged product, return shipping is FREE.
If the item is rejected upon inspection, customer must pay shipping charges.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
After dispatch → cancellation not allowed.

8. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product.
Physical damage after delivery is NOT covered.
